Social Security Administration Benefits


Social Security has lots of benefits to offer here is the program list: Medicaid Program, Medicare Program, Senior Community Service Employment Program Social Security Divorced Spouse Benefits Social Security Parent's Insurance Benefits Social Security Retirement Insurance Benefits Social Security Spouse's Insurance Benefits Social Security Surviving Divorced Spouse Benefits Social Security Widow(er)'s Insurance Benefits Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

The Medicaid Program provides medical benefits to low-income people who have no medical insurance or have inadequate medical insurance. Medicare is a health insurance program for people 65 years of age and older, some disabled people under 65 years, and people with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure treated with dialysis or a transplant). The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) provides part-time community service training positions to low-income persons age 55 and older. The Social Security Divorced Spouse are benefits paid to divorced spouses of workers who are receiving (or are eligible to receive) Social Security benefits. The Social Security Retirement is benefits paid to retired workers who have earned enough Social Security credits. Spouse insurance these are benefits paid to the spouse of a worker who receives Social Security Retirement or Disability benefits. Surviving Divorced Spouse these are benefits paid to the surviving divorced spouse of a worker who had earned enough Social Security credits. Widow(er)'s Insurance these are benefits paid to widow(er)s of workers who had earned enough Social Security credits. Security Income these are benefits paid to people who are 65 or older or who are blind or disabled and who have limited income and resources.

Many people think that Social Security is merely a card number that is not to be forgotten to collect monthly checks after the retirement. The fact that social security has so much more to offer must be known to everyone. Social security administration offers more than just retirement benefits. You don’t have to wait to retire before you can collect them if you qualify. Additional benefits are
•    Disability pay
•    Vocational rehabilitation
•    Medicare health insurance
•    Supplemental security income.

The Social Security Administration (SSA) announces its intention to award competitively a cooperative agreement to continue a community-based benefits planning, assistance, and outreach project. The purpose of this project is to disseminate accurate information to beneficiaries with disabilities (including transition-to-work aged youth) about work incentives programs and issues related to such programs, to enable them to make informed choices about work. The program may consist of the following: Social Security Administration retirement benefits, Social Security Administration survivor benefits, SSDI Benefits Social security administration benefits, and Death Social Security administration funeral benefits.

In addition to retirement benefits, the Social Security Administration administers Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Social Security Administration disability benefits are extended to those contributing workers of any age who are determined to be unable to work due to a disability (resulting from a physical or mental condition) that has lasted or is expected to last at least one year. Additionally, those persons who receive disability benefits for two years will automatically be enrolled in Medicare (no matter what age the person is at the end of the two year period).
